Product Introduction

MagiFloater® is RobustMotion’s next-generation planar magnetic levitation intelligent transport system. Built on a modular “stator + mover” architecture, it combines advanced planar motor control with magnetic levitation technology. Movers are suspended above the stator surface by a controlled magnetic field, enabling 1D to 6D motion with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm.

Using electromagnetic force for direct drive — with a levitation height of 0.5–5 mm — MagiFloater® eliminates mechanical transmission parts for higher efficiency and precision. Multi-agent collaborative scheduling algorithms, based on reinforcement learning, optimize paths in real time. The platform is designed for high-end applications in 3C electronics, semiconductors, and biomedicine, covering precision assembly and inspection processes.

Highly Integrated Internal Control System

Each mover can be controlled independently. Multiple stator and mover modules can also be combined into flexible layouts.

Stator modules are interconnected via Ethernet. The power controller supports mainstream industrial communication protocols — Modbus TCP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, CC-Link, and EtherNet/IP — and can connect directly to host PCs, robots, AMRs, vision systems, equipment modules, and actuators to form a complete production unit.
